Our treatment approach is client centered so that it is tailored to your style of learning and meeting your needs. We can offer you directive and compassionate guidance, in order to get to the bottom of key issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and addictions. Additionally, I can help you develop skills for resolving conflicts with others and developing new ways to cope with overwhelming emotions. Our goal is to help you let go of old ineffective patterns and raise Mind and Body Awareness which can result in meaningful and lasting change.
We offer a free 20 minute consultation so that you can get a feel for whether we are a good fit. Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length, and typically occur weekly or every other week. During your first session session, we will determine what frequency of appointments makes sense for your unique situation and adjust periodically as needed; we will discuss your goals and expectations. In addition, we will create a treatment plan tailored to your needs which will be reviewed periodically.
